How is 7M made?
7M is created from a careful fermentation process of beneficial lactic acid bacteria, bioactive herbs and sugar cane molasses. The ingredients are brought together in a fertile ecosystem. The bacteria use the cane sugar molasses as a source of nutrition and continue to increase in number and species in a harmonious and symbiotic way. The entire fermentation process is closely monitored and cultivated until an optimal culture of beneficial microorganisms has been created. The organic herbs are also fermented, making the nutrients more readily available to your body.

Is 7M pure and unprocessed?
7M is not heated, processed, refined or freeze-dried. This keeps the full spectrum of benign bacteria and plant substances intact. All of this benefits your internal ecosystem. The bacteria in 7M reach their destination alive.
7M contains a metabiotic spectrum of bacteria. What does that mean?
7M contains a total of 28 strains of lactic acid bacteria, namely lactobacilli and bifidobacteria. These benign bacteria live in harmony with each other and reinforce each other.

Heel fijn product, de smaak is niet sterk en makkelijk met water te drinken in de morgen
Goede service en 7M Bio is een fantastisch product. Erg tevreden.
Ik raad 7M absoluut aan. Ik gebruik het nog niet zo lang, maar ik voel dat mijn lijf er goed op reageert. De eerste dagen moest mijn lijf er aan wennen (wat buikpijn, hoofdpijn en huidklachten), maar dat ging vrij snel over. Mijn huid en buik zijn nu rustig, hoofdpijn is weg en mijn stoelgang verbetert, net zoals mijn huid.

Actually it's good . I finished half a bottle by now (2 weeks) and it's a positive experience so far.
Helpt mee zeer goed met mijn astmatische klachten.
Dit is echt goed spul om de darmen goed te laten werken. Het smaakt lekker fris, hoestdrankachtig. Ik doe af en toe een kuurtje.
Ik eet al jaren super veel vezels uit minimaal 500 gram groenten, maar nu heb ik ook ondanks al de onbewerkte voeding die ik eet als bijna een half jaar last van zeer onrustige darmen. Probiotica zoals 7M is in ieder geval hartstikke goed, maar tot nu toe verbetert het nog niet. Ik krijg straks (lange wachttijden) onderzoek bij de MDL, maar vertrouw erop dat 7M, mede met de rest van mijn leefstijl, verbetering zal geven
Dit is al de tweede keer dat ik 7M gebruik en mijn blaas vaart er wel bij. Ik vat snel kou op mijn blaas en hiermee gaat mijn blaas goed.
Op de vorige revieuw werd meteen contact opgenomen en kreeg ik per omgaande kostenloos een nieuw flesje toegestuurd middels een andere bezorgdienst. Dank daarvoor!
Al na een paar dagen gebruik (5 ml op een glaasje water + wat honing) merkte ik verbetering in mijn stoelgang. De kruidige smaak vind ik lekker, en ik voel dat mijn lijf er ook blij mee is; benieuwd wat er nog meer gaat veranderen na langer gebruik. Voor ons in elk geval een blijvertje.
